How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
ZimanGo subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. To manage or cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ZimanGo. On Android this will be handled through Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep premium until the period ends.
I paid but premium isn't showing — how do I restore it?
Make sure you're signed in with the same account you purchased on, then use Restore Purchases in the app's settings. Still stuck? Email help@zimango.app with your purchase date and we'll sort it.
Audio isn't playing in lessons.
Check that your phone isn't on silent, that ZimanGo has sound permission, and that you're connected to the internet so audio can download. Closing and reopening the app fixes it most of the time.
Does my progress sync across devices?
Yes. Create a free account and your XP, streak and lesson progress follow you — including between iPhone and Android once the Android app is live.
How do I change my dialect or the app language?
Open your profile settings inside the app — you can switch your learning dialect and the interface language (we support nine) whenever you like.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion from the app's settings, or email help@zimango.app and we'll remove your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
